What To Expect During a QHHT Session

During your QHHT session, we spend the first 1–2 hours simply talking. It’s a gentle conversation where we explore your story, intentions, questions, and what feels most important right now. This helps you relax, feel safe, and prepares your subconscious for the healing work ahead.

You will then be guided into a deeply relaxed state where you may explore a past life regression that is most relevant to your current experiences. This lifetime often holds insight into repeating patterns, relationships, health concerns, or life themes that are active today.

Following the regression portion, we connect directly with your Higher Self to explore the questions you prepared in advance. This phase of higher self hypnosis may bring clarity around life direction, emotional blocks, physical healing, or spiritual growth. As Dolores Cannon often said, “You will get what you need.”
