About the Foot Zone Therapy Method
The modality practiced here is based on the Ersdal Method of Foot Zone Therapy, which originated in Norway and was introduced to the United States by Charles Ersdal in the late 1980s. Over the past three decades, this method has evolved into a refined and effective form of holistic foot therapy, now practiced worldwide as a supportive wellness modality.
